On May 1st 2017 Dr Manuel Otero, during his Caribbean tour as Argentina`s candidate for Director General to the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation (IICA) visited T&T. During his stay he paid a courtesy visit together with Argentine Ambassador, Ana Pisano, on the Minister of Agriculture, Land and Fisheries, Senator Hon. Clarence Rambharat at the Ministry`s office in Port of Spain.
